ALUMNITRACE is the alumni registry and graduate tracer system of North Eastern Mindanao State University, Cantilan Campus. It replaces the spreadsheet-and-paper-survey routine with one place to keep the master list current, run CHED-aligned tracer cycles, publish jobs and events, and turn the responses into the reports a program actually has to submit.

Every graduate, one record
Admins import the master list straight from Excel or CSV — a preview → validate → commit flow catches bad rows before they touch the database, and duplicate student numbers are caught on re-import instead of creating a second graduate.

Graduate tracer study
A form engine, not a fixed survey
CHED revises the tracer instrument and every program wants extra questions, so the survey itself is built rather than hardcoded — sections, question types and conditional logic are all configurable, and each question can be versioned without breaking past responses.

Every widget on the Program Chair dashboard filters by the Batch Spine — a graduation-year rail across the top — plus program, campus, sex and cycle. No percentage is ever shown without the response count and rate it's built on.
